What it is
Zepbound is tirzepatide, an injectable. It is not Foundayo and not Mounjaro, even when the molecule conversation gets sloppy. Indication on the prescription still chooses Medicare's path.
The demonstration limit
Bridge (1 July 2026–31 December 2027) lists Zepbound KwikPen only, at $50 if approved. Other Zepbound devices are outside the demonstration. Confirm NDC with the dispensing pharmacy before the PA.
The $50 does not count toward TrOOP. Extra Help does not apply. A 2026 Part D GLP-1 generally blocks Bridge.
Other paths
Commercial-plus-card ~$25 when legal and the plan covers that NDC. LillyDirect cash is a posted list by dose and device. Government beneficiaries cannot use the commercial card.
If the Rx is for type 2 diabetes, moderate-to-severe OSA, or MASH, start with Part D, not Bridge.
Bundles
A ~$449 telehealth package is usually worse than LillyDirect cash plus a local visit. A bundle cannot create KwikPen eligibility that the NDC lacks.
Packet language
Zepbound KwikPen, NDC if known, indication, dated BMI. Do not write 'tirzepatide' alone if the claim is meant to be Bridge.
