VitalHound

Terms

Updated August 19, 2026

Plain terms for a product that only sells information.

What you are buying

An educational checklist generated from the answers you provide. It summarizes published coverage rules and lists what a clinician typically needs to document. It is not a coverage decision, a guarantee of approval, or a prescription.

Checklists reflect rules as of the date printed on them. CMS, plans, and manufacturers change rules and prices — verify the sources listed before anyone acts.

What VitalHound is not

VitalHound is a guide, not a doctor. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

VitalHound is not Medicare, CMS, or an insurance company. We do not enroll you in a plan or submit prior authorization. Only a clinician and the plan can do that.

Nothing here is legal, tax, or insurance advice.

Your responsibilities

Answer honestly — a checklist built on wrong inputs is worse than none. Do not rely on VitalHound in place of a clinician, and do not treat a recommendation as permission to start or stop a medication.

Billing

One-time checklist purchases are $39 and are not subscriptions. Monthly plans renew until canceled in the Stripe billing portal. Refunds for a one-time checklist are available if it was never unlocked.

Limits

VitalHound is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here creates a clinician-patient relationship.
