The answers you enter during intake — coverage type, height, weight, conditions, drug preference, and any notes — plus the checklist generated from them. If you create an account, we store your email, name, and a hashed password.

You can use VitalHound without an account. In that case the checklist is tied to a link and a browser token rather than to you.

We do not sell your data. We do not send it to insurers, employers, pharmacies, or drug manufacturers. We do not run advertising trackers that follow you off this site.

We are not a covered entity submitting claims on your behalf, and we do not access your medical records.

Stripe handles payments — we never receive your card number. Resend delivers account email. Our database and hosting run on Neon and Vercel. Each is used only to operate the product.

Email hello@soxoa.com from your account address and we will delete your account and checklists. Payment records we are legally required to retain stay with Stripe.

A session cookie keeps you logged in, and a token identifies checklists created before you signed up. That is the extent of it.
