Wegovy pill: 4 mg $149 through 31 August 2026, then $199. Maintenance doses are often $299 on NovoCare. Twelve days remain on the $149 4 mg rung as of this update.
Routine is not included in the price
Foundayo has no food or water timing restrictions. Wegovy pill requires an empty-stomach window before food, drink, or other orals. Paying $149 or $199 does not buy a shorter wait.
When these numbers are irrelevant
Commercial-plus-card ~$25, when legal. Approved Bridge $50. Part D for T2D, moderate-to-severe OSA, or MASH. If any of those paths are open, do not pay cash to feel decisive.
Bundles versus these lists
A telehealth wrap near $449 is usually larger than either cash price plus a local visit. Dose increases inside a bundle often increase the bill without warning copy you kept.
After 31 August 2026
Wegovy pill 4 mg cash loses the $149 promotional price. Foundayo's lowest cash does not share that date. Re-compare the two manufacturer pages in September if cash is still the path.
